It works well outside, but uh, once it rains, it gets messy fast and needs to be cleaned more often than I expected.

I’ve been using my Porch Potty every day for a few months now, and it still feels solid and sturdy. I’m usually a little skeptical about products like this, especially because I don’t really trust customer service to be much help if something goes wrong, but so far I haven’t had any issues.

My puppy was having accidents pretty much every day, and I was getting so stressed about it. I ordered the Porch Potty and still have the receipt email in case I need it, but thankfully it’s been working out great. After a few tries, he started using it on his own, and I’d say it took about a week for it to really click. Apartment life is so much easier now. Really happy I gave it a shot.

I ordered from porchpotty.com fully expecting to sit around waiting forever, because let’s be honest, that’s usually how it goes when you actually need something for your pet right away. But nope, it showed up surprisingly fast, which was a nice change for once.

The tracking was easy to follow, the box arrived in good shape, and there were no random delays or confusing updates. why is that not the normal experience everywhere? Bigger pet items can be such a hassle to ship, so I was kind of bracing for some nonsense.

Overall, I’m really happy with how quickly they got it sent out. I needed it for my dog ASAP, and thankfully it didn’t turn into one of those annoying shipping sagas. Super relieved it was simple and fast.

I bought the Porch Potty for my little dog because we’re on the 6th floor, and I was over the whole late-night elevator-and-sidewalk routine. I’m usually skeptical of products that sound too clean and perfect in the company descriptions, but this one has been surprisingly useful. It fits in our laundry area and doesn’t look as ridiculous indoors as I expected.
It took my dog a few days to figure it out, so it wasn’t some instant magic thing, but now she uses it without a problem. Cleaning it is straightforward, and I’d much rather deal with this than have puppy pads scattered around the floor. Overall, I’m happy with it

The Porch Potty is well thought out. It fits nicely on my patio without looking like some giant dog bathroom, which is more than I can say for a lot of pet stuff. The drainage setup is actually helpful and definitely less gross than dealing with pads all the time. My dog took a little while to figure it out, because apparently that was going to be a whole process, but he got there. Overall, it’s a smart product and does what it’s supposed to do. I just wish cleaning around the edges wasn’t such a fun little challenge every time.

I’m just glad they had the replacement part available. I’m not the handiest person, so I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but it ended up being easy enough to swap out. Definitely worked out better than I thought it would.

Not gonna lie, this grass pad is just alright. It looked decent when I first set it up, but after using it for a bit, it started getting flatter than I expected and didn’t drain as cleanly as I was hoping.

It still does the job, so I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but for the price, I expected a little better quality. I might grab a spare if I really need one, but I’m not super impressed.

I bought this mainly because I wanted something with a better drainage setup, and to be fair, it does the job most of the time. The tray doesn’t fill up too quickly as long as I stay on top of rinsing it regularly, so it’s not a total hassle to use day to day.
That said, I do think the company should be a little more upfront about its limits. It still gets smelly sometimes, and the water doesn’t drain as cleanly as I expected for the price. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t call it impressive either.

I had it together in about 10 minutes, maybe less. Everything lined up fine and I didn’t have to go digging for any extra tools or anything. My dog was already sniffing around that part before I was even done, so I guess it passed his inspection.

I used the Porch Potty subscription for the grass pads, and overall it was okay. I mean, it mostly did what I needed it to do. The deliveries showed up on time most months, and it was really nice not having to keep reminding myself to place another order.

The only annoying part was trying to change the schedule. It wasn’t, well, it wasn’t super clear to me, and one shipment ended up going out before I could pause it. Customer service did help fix it, but it took a couple days. So yeah, it’s useful, but the subscription setup could definitely be easier.

I had a small issue with my order, and support got back to me quickly. It took one extra email to get everything sorted out, but they were friendly and fixed it without any hassle. A friend had recommended them to me, and overall I can see why

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and so far, no leaks underneath at all. It’s made way less mess on my balcony, which is a relief because I really didn’t want to end up chasing customer service if it didn’t work. So far, I’m happy with it.

I was surprised by this. Our porch used to smell like dog pee all the time, or not all the time, but enough that it bothered me. Now it actually stays smelling fresh

Got the standard size for my Frenchie. Fits him well. Not huge. Not in the way. I was worried it would take over the balcony, but it doesn’t.

I’ll admit, the price made me hesitate at first, but I’m really glad I went for it. It saves me time every single day, and I’m not constantly running out to buy pads anymore, which adds up. My dog adjusted to it quickly too, so that was a relief. Overall, I feel like it actually made my life easier and saved me money in the long run.

I’ve had this for about a year now, and overall it’s still doing its job, which I’m happy about. It hasn’t quit on me or had any major issues. That said, it definitely needs regular cleaning to keep it working well, and that part can be a bit annoying. Still, for something that’s lasted this long, I’d say it’s been decent.

The return process was really easy, and my refund came through faster than I expected. It made the whole experience stress-free, and I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again

I figured this would be one of those puppy things that gets annoying to clean after a while, but it’s been simple. I just rinse off the grass and tray, dump it out, and it’s done. For apartment puppy life, I’m assuming anything that saves time and doesn’t get gross fast is a win lol.
